Through fun, musically enhanced content, this workshop looks at a series of foundational steps or guide posts that serve as a solid structure for building and maintaining personal wellness and self-care. We wrap up with a poignant activity that presents an opportunity to make a serious commitment to your own self-care.

Self-Value<\/strong>
This workshop is fun and musically enhanced, and is centered on self-value. At the same time, we\u2019ll address group value and voice, and how we, as individuals, may find value and membership in everything we do. And, at the same time, help others gain greater value and voice, as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Countin\u2019 Down for Courage
Resilience<\/strong>
This musically enhanced workshop breaks down core elements of gaining and retaining greater personal resilience into three specific parts. Content revolves around stories and questions about people who have shown great resilience in many situations, including everyday life – including you!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step Up
From the Inside Out<\/strong>
This movement and music based workshop requires a bit of on your feet, low impact and easy active activity. Working with eight specific discussion points, we will actively take part in our own self-wellness as, together, we pursue the relationship between individual and group wellness. Initially, these are pin points, but they will be greatly expanded upon throughout the workshop, leading to super effective outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
