Be Sure To Take some “You” time!
“Regarding “you time”: A minimum of 15 minutes should be considered enough time to be effective. But, the more time devoted, the greater the results are – to an extent. Remember that “You” time may be very different from other types of self-repair, renewal, and wellness practices that may take longer than 15 minutes to be effective in their own right.”
